Issue 3: Ruined my Marriage

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download lots of porn
2. Accidentally have blackgold index it and place it on local webserver
3. Have wife surf to localhost
4. Marriage counseling

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is not porn everywhere.

I see porn everywhere.

Also, my wife wants half my stuff.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can I live with you for a while? She won't even let me sleep on the couch.

Will not resolve issue unless on ReiserFS formatted disk.

- I ran into a similar bug, but with the Reiser file system. I suggest that you not

follow the author's advice. Sure, you could terminate the faulty wife process, but
that causes a whole host of other issues that were not well considered.

- That's why gay marriage needs to be legal. Your husband would have just BORROWED the porn.

- I concur with other commenters that terminating the wife process can cause issues, as
normally the system will flag that as in illegal operation, and chroot the offending
process to /usr/jail/.

As I've been using "wife" for 11 years on my main system, I agree that "wife" is a
bit of a resource hog, but other services provided by "wife" are quite valuable; most
notably the maintenance operations it performs in /home/bedroom and the cleanup tasks
it runs in /home/kitchen. To resolve this issue you may want to re-evaluate the
usefulness of porn and possibly deprecate it's use, find a different version of porn
that is more compatible with "wife", or at least run them on separate computers.

- I tried to reproduce the problem following your instructions but didn't got the same
outcome. I believe the problem is not in blackgold but your wife just is incompatible
with your porn.
